SXSW Day 7

I only got to have my camera for part of this day. We went to see The Strokes and they told me I couldn't bring it in due to the fact that it was a DSLR. I'm actually glad i didn't bring it in because the pit was horrendous. There were over 30,000 people there and we were at the very front on the barrier and no one would stop pushing or stop smoking weed and Melody had actually passed out before the show even started and then during The Strokes's 3rd song I got elbowed in the neck and pushed into this really smelly guy so the only thing I could smell was him and I just started vomiting over the barrier. It was awful. They ended up having to pull me over and I got to watch the next two songs in the photographer's area and then they just threw me right back into the crowd and I had to find my way out so I could sit down and breathe. Worst concert experience ever. We got home after picking up Melody from the hospital (yeah it was that bad) and I just passed out on the couch with no pillow or blanket still in my dirty clothes. Awful.

Again didn't have my camera but this time it was because I was supposed to go to the MTV U Woodie Awards and they allowed no cameras of any sort and so I didn't want to leave my camera with anyone else while I was there. I didn't even get to go due to some major drama and I was then extremely pissed that I didn't have it with me.
